At AZI we have the most revolutionary research and development team mixing litho-graphics, flexo-graphics, and silkscreen to bring you the most innovative selection of garment tags in the industry. We operate Heidelberg, Kimori, and Roland presses ranging from 28” to 40” to accommodate your litho needs also we run Mark Andy’s ranging from 2 - 8 color for narrow web printing. In addition, we have several inline and rotary silkscreen machines, which allow us to print on many interesting and non-conventional substrates. Our unique ability to perform multi-finishes to garment tags makes us extremely specialized. Whether your approach is clean and modern or vintage and distressed we can manufacture the correct product for you.
Our extensive labor force can provide unique hand finishing to many of these items, such as stitching, washing, and hand-wrinkling. We can make something new or look as if it were 50 years old.
Our product line also accommodates for garment stickers with 100% proven and tested adhesive that will not leave an unwanted residue on your garments. In addition, we provide a wide array of sticker hangtags, which accommodate many younger brands. They add a fun alternative to the standard garment tag, especially when manufactured on specialty materials such as holographic stock.
We also offer a full print service, which accommodates our customer’s need for materials such as catalogs, line sheets, postcards, and point of purchase displays. Ask us about our direct mail program, with our proven partners we can print your catalog and direct mail them to your clients.
